The Future We’re Building
Mission
To cultivate a generation of high-potential youth leaders from historically excluded communities by providing culturally grounded mentorship, wellness supports, experiential learning, and access to elite networks.
Vision
A country where every young person — regardless of ZIP code or income — has the exposure, confidence, and networks needed to lead and transform their communities.
Approach
Leadership development, mentorship, career exposure, and culturally affirming programming delivered through a national leadership pipeline.
Why This Work Matters
Data from the Boston Public Health Commission and the Health Equity Compact show that youth from under-resourced communities face significant disparities in educational access, early-career exposure, mental wellness supports, and long-term economic mobility.
The Institute addresses these inequities by providing leadership development, mentorship, and access to networks and industries that many students would not otherwise encounter.
Partnership Strategy
The Institute partners with organizations across education, workforce development, and industry to expand leadership opportunity for students nationwide.
